Building on the success of last year’s event, producers Tony Fusco and Robert Four will once again complement AD 20/21’s spectacular selection of 20th and 21st Century dealers in fine art, furniture, jewelry, and decorative arts with the 12th Annual Boston Print Fair, which will offer prints, photography, drawings and works on paper. The show’s producers are also pleased to announce that Massimo and Lella Vignelli will be the AD 20/21 special guests and Lifetime Achievement Award recipients. For show and exhibitor information, please call 617-363-0405 or visit AD2021.com.

The show opens Thursday, April 7, with a Gala Preview from 5:30-9:30pm, with all proceeds benefiting Boston Architectural College (BAC), New England's largest independent, accredited college of spatial design. Last year's Gala was attended by more than 650 people and raised over $115,000 for the BAC. The show continues Friday, April 8 from 1-9pm, Saturday, April 9 from 11am-8pm, and Sunday, April 10, from 11am-6pm. Weekend admission is $15, under 12 free and includes admission to all special programs, lectures and panel discussions at the fair.

"Combining AD 20/21 and the Boston Print Fair was tremendously successful in generating buyers for exhibitors across the spectrum," comments Tony Fusco. "And the BAC's enthusiasm and tremendous networks means the show is packed with interior designers, architects, art collectors, design enthusiasts, and new audiences looking for a fresh perspective on collecting and on furnishing their homes. We are thrilled to continue our relationship with BAC."

Launched in 2008, AD 20/21 captured imaginations in its first year on the Boston show scene. The show features 20th-21st century works in all disciplines, representing major movements such as Art Nouveau, Arts and Crafts, Art Deco, and Mid-Century Modern. Notably, the show also includes outstanding 21st century studio furniture, glass, ceramics, decorative arts, jewelry, photography, and more, bridging the gap between historical styles and contemporary works, and deepening collectors' appreciation for both..

Fine art and design galleries and dealers for the 2011 show include Tom Veilleux Gallery (ME), Childs Gallery (MA), Martha Richardson Fine Art (MA), La Verrerie d'Art (MD), Palette Contemporary Art and Craft (NM), Gerold Wunderlich (NY), Framont (NY), Orley& Shabahang (NY), Terra Mare (CT), Sebastian Carpenter Design (MA), Glen Leroux Antiques (CT), Center Street Studios (MA), Ed Pollack Fine Arts (ME), Panopticon Gallery (MA), Bridges Over Times (NY), Paula Garabino Custom Furniture (MA), Lawrence Fine Art (NY), William P. Carl Fine Prints (MA), 21st/Legacy Editions (MA), Wingate Studio (NH), Brick Walk Fine Art (CT), Center Street Studio (MA), and others.

The show takes place at The Cyclorama, Boston Center for the Arts. This historical exhibition hall is location in the heart of Boston's South End in a complex that includes the Boston Ballet School, four theatres, artists' studios, restaurants, a jazz club, and more. The Cyclorama has become a mecca in Boston for the arts, and is also the location for Fusco & Four's annual Boston International Fine Art Show (BIFAS), which has been running for 14 years. (FineArtBoston.com) Fusco & Four will also relaunch the Ellis Boston Antiques Show (EllisBoston.com) at The Cyclorama in October, 2011.
