Selecting a new ERP package started, as the business software of Arzberg porcelain reached its limits. The new ERP package had to be able to adjust to the constantly changing requirements of the porcelain manufacturer, their customers, and its market. Two other important factors were simplicity and visualization. The ERP system needed to be simple for all users and be able to present any data in real-time. Arzberg porcelain found a perfectly suited business software in abas ERP and will go live early 2011.
