This enhancement allows B2B professionals to search at a model level. For example, a scientist searching for a Camscan electron microscope, model number X500Fe, can simply conduct a search on FindGuru and receive a list of search results, with an exact match, filtered to the top.
Recently launched, FindGuru’s Self-Loading Content functionality enables advertisers to upload directory information and product announcements, at no cost. A company such as Paratherm can upload announcements about their most recent products. More specifically, individual product announcements can be uploaded for product models such as Counting Scales or Elevation Stations.
FindGuru cross-references related articles, white papers and webcasts to provide visitors with the most up-to-date and relevant information. Users can also browse products and content by using FindGuru’s taxonomy, which has been structured to provide a clear and concise navigation path to locate products and content.
In addition, FindGuru’s new Blog section provides a forum for users to post and view comments on products from Ball Bearings to companies such as Sato America. This allows users to review and recommend products for other professionals in their industry.
