Wiltshire Capital, a growth equity firm that invests in leading companies, today announced the closing of Wiltshire Capital Equity Fund III, an $375 million fund. With the closing of WC-EF3, Wiltshire Capital has successfully raised over $875 million of committed capital since its founding.

The new fund will invest primarily in new companies, targeting equity investments of $10 million to $50 million each.
