The VPort D361 decodes MJPEG and H.264 video streams from Moxa's VPort series of video encoders and IP cameras into analog signals and sends the video data back to traditional CCTV equipment. The decoder sports high temperature tolerance for operations in harsh industrial environments and is packed with 2-way audio support, transparent PTZ control, and SNMP for network management.
The VPort D361 video decoder can decode video streams in H.264 and MJPEG at a maximum line resolution of 540 TVL. The future-proof feature set includes support for H.264, an increasingly prevalent streaming technology due to its high compression rate. In addition, the VPort D361 provides a wide temperature range covering from -40 to 75°C, enabling it to operate reliably in demanding industrial settings.
The VPort D361 also inherits many advanced functions from Moxa’s VPort D351 video decoder, including bi-directional audio for voice-over-IP communication between the video encoder and decoder, two DIs for creating two up and down video source selection control buttons, transparent PTZ control for synchronized control center operations of remote PTZ cameras with separate individual drivers, and SNMP support for easy network management. The VPort D361 joins forces with the VPort 461 1-channel H.264 industrial video encoder and 32-channel IP video surveillance software to create a high-performance and cost-effective surveillance solution.
