This eighteen question survey was sent to over 3,700 Executive Search Firms in the United States. Subject questions range from the company’s current state of the economy, sales performance, number of searches completed, staff size, and projections for the balance of 2010.

Half of the respondents are forecasting an increase in revenue for calendar year 2010. Of the companies responding, 19% had a 50% to 75% increase in revenue for the first half of 2010 compared to the first half of 2009. Over 43% believe that the demand for Recruiting is improving.
