SkillStorm today announced the fall launch of the company’s sales training program — the SkillStorm Program for Extreme Educational Development, also known as SPEED. After two successful training classes held earlier this year, SPEED returns for a new session beginning on August 16th in San Diego, California. SPEED is a highly competitive training program where ten candidates compete for Technical Recruiter positions with SkillStorm. Trainees that successfully complete the intense training program are offered full-time positions in one of five SkillStorm offices nationwide.
The timing of this SPEED class presents a perfect employment opportunity for summer college graduates entering an aggressive job market. Trainees experience a competitive learning environment that combines lecture-style sessions with rigorous, hands-on field experience in recruiter and sales training. The trainees enjoy a salary, full accommodations and opportunities to win several prizes, including cash bonuses, throughout the duration of the six-week course.

Participants also share day-to-day updates about their progress on the SPEED blog.
