Caledonian Management Group announced today that the company had officially begun leasing rights to Authorized Sales Agents (ASA), allowing a select group of driven individuals access to conduct sales activities for Caledonian in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Each sales agent will have rights to a protected area in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, meaning the selected ASA with have complete exclusivity to sales in his or her given area.
Caledonian has launched this program to keep up with the demand of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Texas and across the country. "We are finding substantial buried treasure for SMEs," emphasizes Chris Ducret, Caledonian Management Group partner. "Small and mid-sized businesses simply don't realize how much hidden money that have. On average, we're finding 5% to 7% of a company's gross revenues that are hidden and basically being wasted."

Authorized Sales Agents will be required to invest $15,000.00 annually to have exclusive rights as well as contributing to a required $2,500.00 week long training. Caledonian has in house financing available. A portion of those funds will be allocated for ongoing marketing initiatives to help the ASAs expand their client rosters. "This isn't going to be for everyone," admits Ducret. "But we're not looking for just anyone. We need people who truly understand business, gross profit versus net profit, marketing and management."
Currently, Caledonian has 30 additional markets across the U.S., with each having the protected areas based on zip codes. "The reaction we're getting from clients and ASAs has given us insight into how they view Caledonian," offers Ducret. "Clients tell us we're finding buried treasure.
