Responsys entered into an agreement to acquire a majority ownership stake in Eservices Group Pty Ltd, one of the largest and most experienced email and cross-channel marketing services providers in Australia. The new company, EservicesResponsys, will provide Responsys with a solid leadership position in Australia and provide Eservices’ customers with the best-in-class, on-demand email and cross-channel marketing platform for planning, optimizing and executing marketing campaigns and multi-stage programs across email, mobile, social and web channels.
Launched Responsys Interact Campaign for Social Networks
Responsys launched the all new Responsys Interact Campaign for Social Networks, a comprehensive campaign management solution that gives marketers the ability to create, schedule, send, and most importantly track campaigns sent to their social networks on either Facebook or Twitter.
