Ted J. Staley, Chairman of Palingenesis Manufacturing, Inc. said, “that Kualiti Alam, a government linked company which has been processing industrial and commercial H&T waste under an exclusive licensee from the Malaysia Government for the past 14 years is now looking to enhance their existing technologies with the environmentally friendly Palingenesis Process to treat and process various difficult to handle scheduled waste.

Palingenesis is now shipping a 20-foot Palingenesis Demonstration and Test plant to Kualiti Alam to test the Palingenesis Process on various hazardous and toxic wastes such as sludge oxidizers, sludge poisons, insecticides, rodenticides, fungicides, corrosive acids, corrosive alkali, peroxides including MEK, Calcium Hydride, sludge (SHIW) containing heavy metals, including Cadmium, Mercury and Lead.

Other waste types cover electric storage batteries, sandblast media, photo chemical powders, paint and paint chips, sludge containing toxic substances (SHIW) such as solid wastes contaminated with Organic Phosphorus, Arsenic, Cyanide compounds, 2.4.D Lindane, Methoxychlor, Toxaphene, Silvex (2.4.5-TP), sludge containing Halogenated Solvents (SHIW) such as Trichloroethylene, Tetrachloroethylene, Dichloromethane, 1.2 Dichloromethane, Carbon Tetrachloride, Tetrachloroethylene, 1.1 Dichloroethylene, cis-1.2 Tichloroethylene, 1.1.1 Trichloroethane and 1.3 Dichloropropene, and a myriad of other waste streams.

Theodore J. Staley went on to say that both companies were looking forward to a long lasting working relationship after the successful testing of the scheduled waste and also possibly in the area of MSW. Prior to executing the Joint Venture Agreement, Kualiti Alam sent a team to Manila to witness first hand the Palingenesis Process which was utilized by Pathogenesis Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of Palingenesis and stated their complete satisfaction with everything they saw including the treatment of clinical waste.

Palingenesis Manufacturing, Inc. (palingenesis.biz) is a company dedicated to the design, manufacture and operation of proprietary equipment intended for the treatment and processing of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and most types of the Industrial, Commercial, Hazardous and Toxic Waste including Hospital, Solid, Liquid and Sludge Wastes that are generated in today's market.

Palingenesis began developing its process technology over seven (7) years ago and after thousands of trials and hundreds of laboratory tests on a wide range of diverse waste streams carried out using the Palingenesis proprietary chemical mixtures/formulas and additives the company can state with authority that its process and machinery have no peers, either in the ability to treat the various waste streams, or operate at positive cash flow.

Palingenesis owns and operates though its subsidiary company, Gennix/Pathogenesis Inc. (gennixinc.com) a 36,500 metric tonne per year hazardous and toxic waste treatment and processing centre in Metro Manila, Philippines and is the largest single treater of industrial and commercial H&T waste including clinical waste in the Philippines. PMI has sold its propitiatory waste processing systems to the city of Vladivostok Russia for MSW. Sales are in the final funding stage in Nigeria, the Caribbean and China and now that agreements with Kualiti Alam have been finalized PMI will add Malaysia to its growing list of countries they will be operating in by the end of 2010 and this will ultimately convert to substantial profits for its share holders now and beyond.
