For nearly two years, experts have been speculating on whether and when the real estate market will turn around and make positive gains. Women’s market expert Delia Passi believes a better question might be, “How can we make the most of the real estate market right now?”
Between married couples and single women – the two largest buyers of residential real estate – national statistics show that women influence 91% of all home purchases.
