Powerchex Limited, a leading pre-employment screening firm for the Financial Services industry, today announced that it has been acquired by global employment screening leader, HireRight, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Alexandra Kelly, managing director and founder of Powerchex will report to Mr. Petrullo, and will continue to manage the Powerchex business from its corporate headquarters in London.
