Yes, he’s a self-professed nerd, but he’s also a connector of dots. As a lifelong jazz pianist and music enthusiast, Jared’s quick to see patterns and combinations in seemingly unrelated data. As a kid he liked nothing better than to develop persuasive PowerPoint presentations.
“I temper my inner geek with a business background and efforts consistently channeled through a creative vision,” says Brickman.
Brickman most recently served as web designer at CCH/Wolters Kluwer and director of online marketing for Third Planet. In his off time he’s continued to promote greater awareness of local arts and music through ROK ICT, an organization he founded in the summer of 2008.
“Jared’s curiosity, energy and drive make him a perfect fit for Greteman Group,” says Bart Wilcox, Greteman Group vice president and director of its iTeam. “He looks for opportunities and ways to make things happen.”
Jared’s experience and interest in applying digital technology for business solutions makes him a valuable addition to Greteman Group. Equipped with web design and development skills and a history of working in strategic marketing roles, Jared will be charged with developing innovative, digital solutions in social media, mobile and other interactive technologies for the agency’s clients.
“Rapid advances in digital marketing possibilities make it imperative to have someone like Jared watching your back,” says Wilcox. “He knows what works, what doesn’t and what’s coming on the horizon. Our clients have a strong new resource.”
