Imagetek Office Systems, LP received the Pros Elite 100 designation on Wednesday, June 9. The award is given to the top 100 independent office technology organizations in the United States based on their servicing ability, says Steve Rolla, senior partner at BEI PROs, founder of the award program.
“Achieving Pros Elite 100 status is the pinnacle of an independent office technology company’s achievement, and clearly identifies them as providing the finest customer service in their area,” said Rolla.
Imagetek submitted itself to a year-long assessment of its service in order to qualify for the award, and simultaneously underwent various training programs to elevate performance to meet elite status benchmarking. Achieving the award makes Imagetek the first and only independent office technology organization in the DFW area to achieve the Pros Elite 100 status.
“Imagetek is committed to continuously evaluating our processes to build onto our already solid foundation of providing world class customer service. It has been gratifying that our extra efforts have culminated in being recognized with this award from BEI Pros” says Nina Knight, Imagetek President and Owner. “The top 100 designation and the additional processes we’ve implemented to elevate our service above our competitors lets our customers know we are truly committed to giving them the best service available.”
Imagetek received the award at a customer appreciation event thrown at the Times Ten Cellars on Wednesday evening to celebrate the award and the company’s commitment to the highest levels of service for its customers.
