The Indian River County Chamber of Commerce announced that it has renewed a contract for targeted industry business attraction services with Site Location Partnership, a Dallas-based corporate site selection and economic development consulting firm. Site Location Partnership will continue to support the county-wide organization with high-tech/high-touch strategies to drive job creation, new corporate investment and economic growth.
“As we look to expand our target markets, we realize that other economic development organizations nationwide are getting even more aggressive in their business recruitment efforts,” said Helene Caseltine, Director of Economic Development for Indian River County. “With limited staff and funding, we need to get the biggest bang for our buck. Site Location Partnership targets many of the same industries we do such as light manufacturing, aerospace, alternative energy and life sciences. The investment we’ve made with Site Location Partnership has definitely paid off in terms of developing stronger relationships with corporate site selectors.”
Site Location Partnership’s Economic Development Practice (sitelocationpartnership.com) will provide targeted industry business attraction services, site selector appointment setting, website promotion, interactive marketing and trade show representation. “We are excited to continue our relationship with Indian River County and build upon our success,” said Justin Thompson, CEO of Site Location Partnership. “They are a progressive organization that has wisely shifted away from generic, shotgun approach marketing methods which lack the results they’re seeking. The Chamber has taken a momentous step forward by embracing a targeted approach to maximize their recruitment efforts and stay competitive. Indian River County offers a wide range of assets that support an ideal business climate for growing biomedical and high-tech industries.”
