With the electronic document authorisation solution, lost and mislaid invoices are eliminated and the audit trail that’s created provides the financial team with much greater control over purchase invoice authorisation. Furthermore, using Version One’s data capture solution which automatically captures information from purchase invoices, manual data entry is reduced by up to 80%.
