Brittenford Systems, a professional services firm that helps organizations harness the power of Microsoft software, has announced the addition of two classes on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 to its training lineup.
The first class, “Customization and Configuration in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, will provide students with the tools to configure and customize CRM. Topics in the instructor-lead three-day class include configuring business management functions and customizing system components.
The second class, “Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 and SharePoint Server,” is a one-day course that will help students compare and contrast CRM and SharePoint, learn about common integration scenarios, and design, plan and build integrated solutions.
The new classes will be initially offered at Brittenford Systems’ Reston, Virginia training facility. Rajev Bricksin, Managing Director at Brittenford Systems, will lead the classes. Raj has taught CRM for over five years and holds numerous certifications, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM Master and Microsoft Certified Trainer.
Both classes are ideal for business analysts, solution designers, Microsoft Certified Trainers, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation Consultants and System Administrators.
