The European web hosting forum WebHostTalk.eu, launched at the end of June, announced it has put on a discussion the use of Live Chat software to support web hosting customers.
The forum explains some "Pros" and "Cons" about maintaining a Live chat software and invites its members and Internet users to discuss this issue.
The forum's Moderator and the owner of Daw Web Hosting Blog (dawhb.com) Dimitar Avramov says that an increasing number of web hosting companies make their decision to use different Live Chat software clients to provide customer support. The blog says that one of the fast-growing American shared web hosting providers Bluehost is set to launch a live chat soon, according to its CEO Matt Heaton!
The WHT-EU forum points its members' attention to the differences between American and European web hosting markets by saying that the use of Live Chat support in Europe is very reasonable because of the high price of phone calls accross Europe. The forum says that using Live Chat can save money on phone calls in EU both for providers and consumers and helps web hosts to attract customers from other countries?

The WHT-EU discussion board has recently launched a daily European web hoting news service. It is published with partnership with Euro Host Dir (eurohostdir.com).
