Unlike traditional water softeners, Clarius™ purifies the water without adding salt, potassium, or chemicals. Its filter media tank is made of food grade 316L stainless steel, which provides a sanitary, non-permeable surface for processing water. "The system effectively removes suspended solids as small as 5 microns and the water is polished by silica gravel."
