The Indio refinery will utilize proprietary refinery systems developed in-house at the company's Parker, Colorado Research and Development facility. The Indio refinery is currently in the permitting phase and expected to be operational by mid-year.
The Indio refinery is expected to generate a number of new-economy, green jobs. “We expect to initially hire about a dozen people in various positions at the Indio refinery and will be accepting applications and resumes online,” said Randall Lichner, Chief Operating Officer. “Salaried positions will include management, marketing, technical, operations and drivers.
