iLink Systems, today announced an upcoming live webinar entitled ”GIS Mapping Applications Framework” scheduled for Thursday Feb 25th, 2010 at 10 AM PST. Presenting the webinar will be Sree Balaji, the Chief Executive Officer of iLink Systems and Piyush Prakash, Group Manager at iLink Systems. Microsoft is co-sponsoring this webcast.

Agenda for the webinar will be:

• Introduce iLink’s GIS Framework;
• Explain underlying technology such as Silverlight, Bing Map and Azure;
• Discuss key aspects of the GIS Framework;
• Demonstrate several reference implementation of the framework targeting healthcare, citizen services, security and other public sector areas.
