Over the last several months the Department of Labor accepted submissions to their Tools for America's Job Seekers Challenge. Career Directors International (CDI) was submitted on the recommendation of one of our members for both our member services for career professionals and our job seeker section, which is located on the CDI website under Job Seeker Tools.
During the 3-month challenge, over 16,000 registered users cast 30,000 votes for the 634 submitted tools. The Department of Labor examined these tools, users, and votes, and posted the top tools in alphabetical order on their Career One Stop Job Seeker Tools page. Not only did CDI make the top 50 posted out of 634, but they attained the #2 position in their category, "Other Tools".
