Frisco, TX, United States, 2010/02/03 - John Ansbach, General Counsel of EFA Processing, was recently appointed to serve on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Business, the state’s leading organization for employers.
Ansbach fills a two-year leadership position that began in January 2010.

As COO, Ansbach’s primary duties include leading the operations team to ensure the company's service efforts meet the highest standards of excellence and efficiency. As General Counsel, Ansbach's primary responsibilities include leading the company's legislative and public affairs efforts.
In addition to serving as COO & General Counsel of EFA, Ansbach also serves as the President-Elect of the General Counsel Forum - Dallas Chapter, where he is also a member of the board. He also serves as Chairman of the Legislative Committee of the United States Organizations for Bankruptcy Alternatives, and, in his community, on the Board of Directors of Susan G. Komen for the Cure in Dallas.
When time permits, Ansbach also speaks on request from Fortune 500 companies and national non-profits on topics related to leadership, customer service and diversity. He has been privileged to speak for Frito Lay North America, Toyota Motor in the U.S. and Canada, Hewlett Packard, and the National Association of REALTORS, among other groups.
