Driving company growth in 2009 were significant customer and partner relationships with industry leading organizations such as Bell Canada, Department of Health and Human Services, Kaiser Permanente, McAfee and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, increasing the company’s presence in several key verticals including healthcare, financial services and the government.
Highlights of 2009 growth included:
• Triple digit year-over-year increase of customer base despite poor macroeconomic conditions.
• Strong growth in government and healthcare verticals, highlighted by new customers such as Navy SPAWAR, Department of Health and Human Services, Public Health Agency of Canada, and Highmark.
• Increase in financial services customer base more than 150% year-over-year.
• Existing customers such as Cisco and Kaiser Permanente continued to invest in Agiliance solutions, accounting for 45% of total revenue.
Additional success milestones in 2009 included Agiliance receiving a rating of “Strong Positive” by Gartner as part of the research firm’s 2009 MarketScope for IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Management (IT-GRCM) - furthering Agiliance’s market reach and affirming its status as a leading provider of GRC technology.
