Customer Effective Inc., a Microsoft Inner Circle and Gold Certified Partner focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is holding several free education seminars on the fastest growing xRM and development platform in the market: Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The free half day education sessions will cover all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. This will include core product functionality, reporting and dashboards, SDK development, deployment best practices and how CRM seamlessly integrates with other Microsoft technologies ranging from Outlook to SharePoint.
Attendees will learn more about the buzz around xRM and how to leverage the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform to build line of business applications and consolidate legacy in-house developed applications. This also includes deploying the CRM platform solution to extend beyond sales, marketing and service to include functionality for expenses, vendors, contracts, partners, help desk and distribution management.
The education and training sessions are suited for a variety of functional positions including IT managers, IT directors, CIO’s, CTO’s, business executives, sales executives, project managers, operations managers, marketing professionals, customer service managers, solution architects, and software developers.
