St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School in Ann Arbor will host an informational Open House for families who are seeking educational options for their children in grades Pre-K through eight. The Open House will take place on Sunday, January 24, 2010, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm at the school.
Families can meet the St. Francis of Assisi teaching and administrative staff, discuss the curriculum, and tour the school facilities. Light refreshments will also be served. St. Francis offers an outstanding academic program that includes fine arts, instrumental and choral music, technology instruction, Spanish instruction in all grades, and a comprehensive middle school elective program. Interested parents are strongly encouraged to register in advance for the Open House. Additional information about the school and the Open House will be mailed to registrants prior to the event.
Special Notice for Preschool and Kindergarten Enrollment
Children who will be four years old before December 1, 2010, are eligible to enroll in the St. Francis Preschool program. Full-day and half-day care options, as well as before- and after-school care until 6:00 pm are available in our state-licensed facility. Full-time and part-time slots are currently available.
Children who will be five years old before December 1, 2010, are eligible to enroll in either the preschool or kindergarten program. The St. Francis of Assisi Kindergarten program offers half-day and extended-day options, as well as before- and after-school care. Spaces in the preschool and half-day/extended-day Kindergarten programs are limited and fill quickly. Interested families are strongly encouraged to register for the Open House.
