Mobile applications developed by Enigma Games, Inc. will soon be available through the Verizon Vcast application store. This provides mobile gamers with another way to access the apps, following earlier agreements with BlackBerry App World, iPhone App Store, and Windows Mobile.
“We are excited to bring our lineup of great games and applications to Verizon, and to be a part of the new Vcast application store,” said President and CEO Xavier Moore. “Enigma Games is well known for exciting mobile entertainment and we expect to continue our success in this new program.”
Among the applications available are: Wine of the Day, EFL: Preseason Football, Solved! Puzzle Pack 2, Arm Wrestling League, Warriors, Egyptian God of the Day, Samurai of the Day, and Scripture of the Day. The apps are also available through BlackBerry App World, iPhone App Store, and for Windows Mobile.
Scheduled to open by the end of 2009, the Vcast application store will offer developers another channel to get their apps into customer's hands. Verizon's goal is to have most apps approved and on the network within 14 days of being submitted.
