	Environmental industry group, Green Collar Association, announces its “Green Workforce Preparedness Initiative” to strengthen North America’s position in the global green economy. The Green Workforce Preparedness Initiative proposes that government provide targeted financial and regulatory incentives to corporations, labor unions, and non profits that invest in training and educating their skilled workers and professionals to equip them with the skills and tools to address the requirements of a green economy.
