The 2 Toque ranking recognises “at eight” Restaurant’s distinctive aroma cuisine, a concept relatively new to the restaurant scene. Awarded 15 points for culinary excellence, Chef de Cuisine, Thomas Seifried, is a specialist in the ‘art of aroma cuisine’. Preparation of the highest quality seasonal products with essentials/ethereal oils is very sensitive work. The Chef and his staff spend significant amounts of time to develop and test the fascinating combinations of menus and dishes on offer at “at eight”.
