Denise Jackson, Vice President of Client Services for Medical Research Consultants (MRC), is scheduled to participate as a panelist at the upcoming Salesforce global gathering, Dreamforce 2009. Ms. Jackson will be sharing her perspectives on designing an effective customer portal, having recently overseen the roll out of a major revision to MRC’s litigation management system, WiseFiles2, built on a customized Salesforce cloud-computing platform.
Dreamforce is the annual global gathering of Salesforce users, partners and employees, and is described as the “cloud computing event of the year.” An estimated 12,000 attendees will converge on the Moscone Center in San Francisco, November 17-20, 2009 for education and networking opportunities.
Dreamforce speakers and panelists are chosen by a rigorous selection process, and it is a credit to MRC to be invited to participate a little over a year after first beginning Salesforce implementation. “MRC has a record of commitment to bleeding-edge, cost-effective technology and workflow strategies, and our decision to base WiseFiles 2 on a cloud-computing platform is one that has already yielded successes both internally and for our clients,” says Ms. Jackson. She continued, “I look forward to sharing our experiences with the Healthcare and Life Sciences community at Dreamforce 2009.”
