Litéra® Corp., the leader in document content lifecycle management (DCLM), has announced that its document comparison solution has been newly selected by three leading law firms, marking continued growth in customer adoption for Litéra solutions throughout the legal community. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, Crowell & Moring LLP and Alston & Bird LLP have each licensed the company's Change-Pro® TDC (Total Document Comparison) solution for compound document comparison.

Crowell & Moring, headquartered in Washington D.C., has licensed Change-Pro for its seven global offices, as well as its San Francisco office expected to launch in December. Alston & Bird has licensed Change-Pro for its nine offices nationwide.

Change-Pro enables document authors to compare Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel as well as Corel WordPerfect and Scanned as well as True PDF files with its optional OCR engine. Change-Pro's patent-pending technology also enables the comparison of embedded objects inside of compound Word documents.
In addition, Akin Gump and Crowell & Moring have both selected Metadact®, Litéra’s metadata management and removal software to cleanse documents of compromising metadata prior to dissemination.
