The rapid growth is attributed to new products and a larger international distribution network.

Sycamore Professional made it all the way to 12th on the list of 50 fastest growing companies in the region. Business First's Fast 50 Awards honor the 50 fastest-growing independent and privately held companies in the Greater Louisville area. The Fast 50 companies must have an average of at least $1 million in revenue for the three most recent years and be a privately owned and "for profit" company. This is the first time Sycamore has made the list in it's short 6 year history.

“Fast 50” is a survey conducted by American Business Journal’s Louisville, Kentucky-based Business First newspaper, which ranks local companies by how much revenue has increased in the past three years. The rankings were calculated by Louisville-based Cotton + Allen accounting firm from financial information supplied by the nearly 80 companies that chose to participate in the 2009 program.

Sycamore's growth of 100-199% secured the 12th place ranking on the list of 53 companies.
