“Technology related products and services are an integral part of the home environment,” says Terrance Whitehead, owner and technology concierge for Denity Technology Solutions, “but they are often overlooked when people move.” Home buyers often don’t realize how time consuming choosing technology services can be. “They also underestimate the time commitment of having to get those services installed,” adds Whitehead. Additionally, Whitehead, who has moved at least 15 times, suggests that most homeowners are not comfortable with disconnecting and physically moving their home office and/or entertainment equipment. Nor do they have the experience and comfort level to reinstall everything in the new home.
