This protection provides guarantee of freight payment to carriers, shippers and other third party logistics providers in excess of the $10,000 bond required by the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration.

To qualify for this program the company must agree to abide by a strict TIA code of ethics, maintain an A credit rating, use written agreements with all parties to insure solid business practices, maintain a written carrier qualification framework and demonstrate the financial ability to secure a $100,000 surety bond.
