The name is familiar; it's the same name that its owner, Tucker Bodine, used when he opened his first studio in New York City on the East Coast. In 2009, Tucker completed the new West Coast Playback Recording Studio, which has now been honored with a TEC Award in 2009 for outstanding creative achievement in studio design.
Tucker Bodine began his audio career at SAE Institute's original U.S. campus in New York City. After graduation he quickly went to work in New York prior to deciding to make it on his own and start the first Playback Recording Studio. When Tucker decided to open a facility on the West Coast, he took it to an entirely new level.
Playback (playbackrecording.com) was designed by world-renowned acoustical engineer Chris Pelonis, coupled with the cutting edge interior design by Stephanie Bodine and Bernard St. Croix. The moment you walk into the 4,200 square foot facility you know that you're encountering a superior sounding studio with an amazing vibe and design in which to complete any HD service you might need for music production and Post Production services.
