London, United Kingdom, 10/16/2009 - Jewellery designer Allumer, has launched an exclusive range of necklace designs at Kabiri London in aid of the national children’s charity Jean for Genes.

Echoing the popular ‘Flicker’ necklace design, the first designer necklace is a disc engraved with ‘XY’ and when spun reveals ‘XX’ which represents both the male and the female chromosomes. The second design represents the jean rivet of the charity’s logo, with a gold disc set with a small Tanzanite stone. Both necklace designs are available in 9k yellow or white gold.
The fashion necklaces are available exclusively at Kabiri, online and in all 3 jewellery stores in London. A donation of £10 from each sale of the necklaces will be donated to Jeans For Genes.
Jeans for Genes is a one-day fundraising event which invites millions of people to wear jeans for the Day and to make a donation (£2 from adults, £1 from children). The money raised on Jeans for Genes Day 2009 will be distributed to ten different charities working with children and families affected by genetic conditions.
