3804 PF Low Cure Additive was developed in response to growing customer demand for a product that enables them to print on heat sensitive substrates, such as 100% polyester or the very popular non-woven polypropylene bags. The addition of 3804 PF Low Cure Additive to regular plastisol inks can lower the cure or fusion temperature to 300º F (149º C) and in some cases, even to as low as 275º F (135º C).

Seperate in-house testing conducted on the popular polypropylene materials using the 3804 PF Low Cure Additive with International Coatings' inks (such as the 900 Series inks) have successfully shown that the print does not come off easily and that the ink cures at lower temperatures.
