ZOTAC, the industry leading NVIDIA VGA and motherboard solutions vendor, today announced that it is planning to increase its channel footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as the Levant countries during GITEX Technology Week 2009. The vendor will also showcase its extensive range of graphics cards and motherboards as well as meet existing and potential customers and partners at the event.

“We have been making significant inroads into the Middle East market thanks to our strong partnership with Sky Electronics. ZOTAC has not only grown in terms of market share but we also have a strong network of resellers in place. GITEX is the biggest technology exhibition in the Middle East where people from across the globe visit to check out new technologies and forge new partnerships,” says Mr. Carsten Berger, marketing director, ZOTAC International.
“Our participation in GITEX last year was very successful where we were able to meet up with our existing partners as well as look at prospective companies that could join our channel team. This year as well, we will look for resellers for specific markets in the region where we need to strengthen our presence and reach.”

SKY Electronics, ZOTAC’s distributor for the GCC, has been successfully promoting the company’s full range of Graphics cards through its reseller, dealer and retail channels as well as building PC Solutions with ZOTAC VGA cards. ZOTAC is now available in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain with over 300 retailers and resellers. The distributor plans to significantly expand ZOTAC’s channel network across the region this year.

“ZOTAC has consistently kept pace with the latest benchmarks in PC and gaming technologies. Successive generation of our GPU and motherboard technologies have delivered and tried to exceed user expectations. With the new generation of GPUs that have been introduced recently as well as those that are being announced, we will continue to meet the high standards of realistic PC gaming experiences. At the exhibition, we will highlight the features and benefits of our latest award-winning products as well as have some very innovative solutions that are likely to spark further consumer interest,” Mr. Berger adds.

Senior executives from ZOTAC are flying in to Dubai to meet up with customers and partners during GITEX 2009. They will also brief partners about the company’s roadmap as well as respond to customer queries.
