NewswireToday - /newswire/ -
Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa, 10/01/2009 - SATCO / Seter offshore collaboration.
The TOTAL Turkey project was concluded by MiX Telematics and our long standing partner, SETER.
Seter moved ahead with clear objectives not only to win TOTAL’s trust, but also to find a local distributor to leave TOTAL in safe hands and to promote our products to the local market.
During a visit to Istanbul, TOTAL introduced SETER to SATKO, a local reputable company involved with fleet management and offering the services for more than 10 years. SETER and SATKO joined forces to conclude the TOTAL Turkey project.
Rony Irany headed the team with two technicians from SATKO, they repaired and installed 20 vehicles in 5 different TOTAL sites within Turkey during the month of August.
Results:
• TOTAL Turkey is satisfied.
• SATKO technicians were trained and SATKO can now play the role of a SETER/MiX Telematics dealer.
• TOTAL placed an additional order of 54 FM300 Communicators to be installed by SATKO technicians before the end of this year.
SETER/MiX Telematics welcomes SATKO into its dealer network in the Middle East.
