Money transfer giant Kash Mart International will implement new rules on sending money to Cuba. Kash Mart Director for International Payments Mr. Kingsley WHYTE said “The new rules allow people in the U.S. and worldwide to send money to "anyone" in Cuba, including aunts, uncles, cousins and second cousins who are Cuban nationals.” The rules also remove the limit on the total amount and frequency of money sent to Cuba. Kash Mart company said the rules were issued by the U.S. Department of Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control. Kash Mart International has been providing money transfer services from the Around the world to Cuba since 2005, in accordance with OFAC laws.

Kash Mart aims to create an ATM pickup solution that allow customers to send cash online, and have the beneficiary pick up with a 10-digit transaction number at any participating ATM in Cuba. The sweet deal is that one would not need an ATM card or any type of ID (presumably), allowing for convenience. Kash Mart International currently has 15,000 locations authorized to send Kash Mart International money transfers to Cuba, and more than 100 Agent locations in Cuba.
