JEM, which earned the prestigious 2009 Restaurant Wine List Award given by Wine Spectator Magazine, is located in Spotlight 29 Casino.

Chef de Cuisine Hesron McKenzie has put together a delicious menu perfectly paired with wines from PlumpJack. PlumpJack Winery’s selections have earned the reputation for full-bodied richness, aromatics and ripeness. Wine Enthusiast named the 2001 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon “Best Wine in the World.”

The hors d’Oeuvres reception begins at 7pm followed by three main dishes and a dessert.

First course: Maine Lobster and King Crab Cake paired with the PlumpJack Reserve Chardonnay, Napa Valley 2007.

Second course: Porcini Crusted Ahi Tuna with Roasted Tomato Risotto paired with the PlumpJack Merlot, Napa Valley 2005.

Third course: Colorado Baby Lamb Loin with Ragout of Beets, Asparagus and Yukon Potatoes paired with the PlumpJack Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, Oakville 2003.

Dessert: Tropical Fruits Clafouti with Sabayon.
