Today from their 52,000 square foot manufacturing facility, Dinovite announced the launch of their new line of SuprOmega Fish Oil Gel Caps. Each cap is 1000 mg and sold in 150 and 300 count bottles. The line was added for customers that simply prefer to give their dog or cat a pill instead of using a liquid form of fish oil.
David Clegg, Director of Marketing at Dinovite said, "One of the great challenges in responding to customers is understanding what they are looking for and then delivering what they want the way they want it. We are certain a subset of our existing customers want this product, as do a sizable group of people who call in every day to learn more about our entire product line."
Since 2005, Dinovite has offered some of, if not the, highest quality supplements available for dogs and cats in the country. With the Introduction of their initial product, Dinovite Original Canine Formula, they have continued to expand their menu of products each year since. “We want to provide products that fit what the market is seeking rather than try to convince the market they need what we are producing,” Clegg further commented.
Omega-3 fatty acids are building blocks that a dog or cat needs for a healthy heart and strong immune system. These very healthy types of Omega-3 fatty acids such as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docsahexanoic acid (DHA), are found primarily in cold-water fish such as salmon, tuna, and menhaden.
When asked the reason for the release Mr. Clegg told us, “Our liquid SuprOmega Fish Oil in 8oz tubes has been a great success, and there is always a percentage of any market that sees gel caps or tablets as more convenient. We simply want to accommodate that audience.”
Dinovite (dinovite.com) serves customers in all 50 states and Canada. Their call center is located in the same complex with their manufacturing facility in KY.
“People ask, from time to time, why our products are not available in retail stores,” Dan Turner, Director of Operations told us. He further stated, “the answer is very simple actually; we mix our supplements in small controlled batches on a weekly or bi-monthly basis for the highest degree of freshness and thereby efficacy of our products. Time and heat are the natural enemies of quality nutritional supplements.”
We were told to look for several new offerings coming in the very near future. Additional products for dogs and cats, as well as, new products for horses, livestock and more.
