Las Vegas real estate executive Kerry Coffman has joined Prudential Americana Group. Coffman will be working from the company’s Summerlin office, located at 1077 W. Twain Avenue, Suite 105. Coffman started his real estate career in California and has worked in the industry for 15 years.
Coffman began his real estate career in Simi Valley, Calif. in 1994. He and wife Jan, who has been in the industry since 1985, became the top-producing team in an office of more than 600 real estate sales executives. They moved to Las Vegas in 2006.
“Kerry Coffman will be a tremendous asset to Prudential Americana Group,” said Mark Stark, CEO. “Wherever he goes, he becomes the best-selling executive in his office and we look forward to his continued success with us.”
Coffman said his move to Las Vegas offered many opportunities for his California clients to invest in Las Vegas real estate, and his ongoing relationships have contributed to his success in Southern Nevada. “Right now, Las Vegas is a great place to invest in real estate, as most locals know. My experience in the California real estate market has certainly given me a different perspective now that we are established here and understand both markets well.”
Coffman is no stranger to change. The licensed pilot says he enjoys flying his V35B V-tail Bonanza plane whenever possible and is a member of the Angel Flights program that provides free medical flights from rural areas. He is a former Marine and a member of the Marine Riders of Las Vegas, which assists with the annual Marine Corps Toys For Tots program.
This well-rounded executive is a member of MENSA and the Los Angeles Astronomical Society. He also enjoys practicing Shotokan Karate, dancing, scuba diving and flying remote controlled airplanes. “I take my work very seriously, but also enjoy flying, riding and dancing with my lovely wife,” said Coffman. “I look forward to sharing my passions with my new colleagues and clients.”
