KidsRthebiz is an educational and fun programme where children are taught business while learning important life skills such as: personal development; communication; public speaking; confidence; and team work. The business skills taught are both challenging and enjoyable.

“Children are never too young to grasp business basics. KidsRthebiz uses children’s knowledge of the core subjects; numeracy and literacy, in real-life scenarios, while developing their personal and social education. Through the activities, three parts of the Every Child Matters document are met. The children take part in activities they enjoy and through which they find out how to make a positive contribution. They are also being taught how to achieve their own economic wellbeing.

It is increasingly apparent that traditional career paths are no longer guaranteed; therefore it is important to provide children, at an early age, with alternatives to achieving economic independence.
