Austin, TX, United States, 2009/09/02 - Image Microsystems—a leading national e-waste recycler, remarketer, and manufacturer of recycled plastic products—today announced the appointment of Suarel Dominique as the company’s new e-commerce manager.
Mr. Dominique will be responsible for leading Image Microsystems’ social media and e-business initiatives including the management of multiple direct-sales e-properties for new and refurbished consumer electronics products. He is also tasked with online marketing of Image Microsystems’ recycled plastic products.
“Saurel brings us years of experience in social media and e-business earned at companies such as Dell and Go Figure—a New York City based digital agency. His expertise will help us better promote all the good work we are doing in the green space, as well as publicize our efforts training and employing the deaf community”, states Dr. Alex Abadi, CEO of Image Microsystems. “Our story easily lends itself to social networking and e-marketing. We’re excited to have a social media expert like Saurel on our team to help us get the word out”, adds Abadi.
“I’m looking forward to taking the interactive programs that worked on Madison Avenue and merging them with the ethos of Austin, Texas. I’m excited about the opportunity to let the world know all the good things Image Microsystems is doing right here in town”, confirmed Saurel Dominique. “It’s about time that US social networks forwarded our sustainability and community service message to the world”. We not only help prevent e-waste from going into landfills and harming our environment—we also help the community through our partnership with the Texas School for the Deaf”, continued Dominique.
Mr. Dominique studied business at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
