The award program was created in conjunction with The Sightline Group to recognize leading technology startup companies. The Sprout Awards were revealed at an awards ceremony Aug. 19 at XChange ’09, which took place Aug. 17 – 20 at the Gaylord National Hotel in Washington, D.C.
