Bangalore, India, 08/19/2009 - Trianz Inc, a Consulting, IT and BPO services provider today announced the acquisition of Megasoft Consultants Inc, a US based IT Services subsidiary of Megasoft Limited (BSE Code No.: 532408).

Under terms of the definitive agreement unanimously approved by Boards of both the companies, the IT business of Megasoft operating under the brand-name of Blue Ally will be acquired by Trianz Inc.
