On behalf of more than 650 affordable housing communities in California, Compliance Services, LLC of Walnut Creek, has issued a Request For Proposals from qualified vendors for comprehensive tenant screening services. The RFP is available at the Compliance Services, LLC Web site and through the RFP Database.

The RFP (rfpdb.com) seeks qualified vendors to provide background checks, credit checks, criminal records checks and eviction histories on applicants for affordable housing communities in California. Vendor responses that conform to the RFP response guidelines will be accepted until September 4, 2009.
