It allows the direct, real-time detection of enzymatic reactions, chemical reactions, micro-structural transitions, gel network formation, hydrolysis of proteins, evolution of particles size and the determination of enzyme activity.

HR-US is an innovative award-winning technique based on the precision measurements of velocity and attenuation of the ultrasonic waves propagating through the analyzed sample. The technique is extremely sensitive, fast, cost-effective and can be used in concentrated and opaque samples directly. It requires small sample volume (to 0.03 ml), no markers, no dilution and minimum or no sample preparation. Finally it involves no special requirements such as optical transparency, optical activity or electrical conductance for the characterization of samples.
