The new platform is a unique customisation of Madgex’s award-winning Origin job board software, which integrates CV ranking capability and search engine marketing for the first time.
The simple, easy-to-use system streamlines the recruitment process by evaluating candidates’ CVs, clearly grading the quality and calibre of applicants for recruiters using the website.
Recruiters are able to view anonymous, ranked candidate profiles, and can purchase the contact details of applicants who they wish to speak to. The platform’s unique CV ranking functionality allows FMCGsalesjobs to charge recruiters based on the quality of applicants’ CVs.
